In this role, you will oversee key release processes, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and strategic goals. You'll facilitate planning and synchronization meetings, coach teams, and leverage best practices to optimize delivery across multiple agile teams. Your expertise will support seamless collaboration between Business Owners, Product Managers, and stakeholders, enhancing overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage value flow using Agile and Kanban tools
• Facilitate PI Planning and System Demos regularly
• Coordinate delivery of features considering architecture
• Report on PI Objectives and key metrics
• Promote collaboration and coach teams and leaders
Requirements:
• 1+ years as Coach, Product Manager, or Scrum Master
• SAFE Release Train Engineer or Scrum Master certification
• 3-5+ years in Agile environments
• Familiarity with Agile Management tools
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
