Vericence is seeking an experienced QA Lead - SAP Core to lead end-to-end testing for a major SAP-centric omnichannel transformation program supporting a high-profile Canada go-live.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise across SAP S/4

HANA Order-to-Cash (O2C), Finance, SAP Commerce Cloud, and SAP Integration Suite (CPI). You will own E2E test strategy, coverage, integration validation, defect management, and test governance across multiple interconnected platforms.

The program spans five major work streams integrating:

• Manhattan Active
• True Commerce EDI

Your mission is to ensure comprehensive test coverage across all business processes and system integrations so that no critical gaps reach production.

• Own and drive E2E test coverage for SAP Order-to-Cash and Finance processes.
• Define and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, scenarios, and execution cycles.
• Establish entry/exit criteria and quality gates for testing phases.

• Validate O2C processes including order creation, pricing, fulfillment, billing, invoicing, and financial postings.
• Verify finance and tax determination processes across integrated systems.
• Ensure business and system requirements are fully tested.
• Test digital commerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) customer journeys.
• Validate catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, order creation, and order status flows.
• Ensure seamless handoff from Commerce Cloud into SAP S/4
  
  HANA.

• Test integrations across SAP Integration Suite (CPI), Manhattan Active, and True Commerce EDI.
• Validate payloads, mappings, transformations, interfaces, and error-handling scenarios.
• Perform API and integration testing using Postman, ReadyAPI, or similar tools.

• Build and maintain traceability matrices (RTM) linking requirements, interfaces, test cases, and results.
• Lead defect triage, root cause discussions, and risk assessments.
• Provide regular quality and risk reporting to program leadership and QA Director.

• Execute SQL-based validation and reconciliation across integrated systems.
• Verify end-to-end data integrity and financial accuracy.

• Proven experience leading QA on large-scale SAP transformation or integration programs.
• Strong SAP S/4
  
  HANA testing experience focused on:
• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Finance
• Tax validation
• Experience testing SAP Commerce Cloud customer and order flows.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP Integration Suite (CPI) or comparable SAP middleware platforms.
• Expertise in manual E2E test design and execution.
• Strong requirements traceability and RTM management skills.
• Experience with Jira and enterprise test management platforms such as:
• qTest
• Xray
• ALM
• SQL and data validation expertise.
• API testing experience using Postman, ReadyAPI, or similar tools.

• Manhattan Active integration testing.
• EDI/True Commerce validation.
• SAP transport and release management awareness.
• Experience selecting and implementing QA/testing tools.
• Omnichannel retail, commerce, or digital transformation program experience.

While certifications are valued, demonstrated leadership of complex SAP E2E testing programs is most important.

• ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager (CTAL-TM)

• SAP Certified Associate - SAP Activate Project Manager
