Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teams to identify key research needs
• Conduct interviews and user testing for insights
• Analyze data to create actionable recommendations
• Develop customer experience artifacts and blueprints
• Promote a culture of customer engagement within the organization
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a master’s program focused on UX or HCI
• Background in user research or service design
• Understanding of usability and user-centered design
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
• Bilingual in English and French for nationwide collaboration
