Reporting to the RWD & HI Product Line Manager, you are a detail‑oriented Business Analyst who bridges the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. You enjoy translating complex healthcare data needs into clear requirements, performing data analysis to uncover insights, and collaborating closely with product owners, data scientists, and engineers to deliver impactful RWD & HI products. You thrive in an agile environment and are excited about how AI and advanced analytics can transform real‑world data into actionable healthcare intelligence.

• Gather, document, and refine business requirements from internal stakeholders, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Perform data analysis on RWD sources (claims, EHR, registry data) to support product decisions and identify trends
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog
• Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and sprint reviews to ensure alignment between business needs and delivery
• Support development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that surface healthcare intelligence
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to validate data pipelines, define data quality KPIs, and ensure fitness‑for‑use of RWD & HI assets
