Cloud Security Engineer

Position: ServiceNow Cloud Security Engineer Role
Take the lead in cloud security as a Cloud Security Engineer at Service Now, focusing on safeguarding AI integrations and addressing client security concerns. Exciting role involving presentations and strategic support.

This position within Service Now’s Office of the CISO is designed for a professional who excels in communicating complex security concepts. You will engage with customers and partners, respond to security inquiries, and drive improvements in Service Now's cloud security strategy. Your proactive approach will involve collaborating with various teams to resolve incidents and ensure compliance with industry practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead security dialogues with Finserv prospects

• Address customer security questions and concerns

• Deliver presentations on AI security and cloud assurance

• Coordinate responses for security questionnaires

• Advocate for enhancements to security policies and practices

Requirements:

• At least 12 years of IT, with 5 years in Cloud Security

• Eligible for Canadian reliability clearance

• Proven communication and presentation capabilities

• Background in enterprise cyber defense techniques

• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM processes
