Interac GRC Team Leader

Take charge as the Team Leader for Governance, Risk, and Compliance at Interac, ensuring the robustness of digital security measures. This role entails policy development and risk management across departments.

In this significant leadership position, you will establish the GRC framework for Interac, working closely with key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include strengthening IT controls and overseeing compliance with various regulatory frameworks like NIST and PCI. You will lead initiatives to maintain an effective Information Security Management System and ensure that risk management practices are embedded in the culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and socialize corporate policies and standards

• Coordinate Information Security Risk Management processes

• Assist in internal and external audit functions

• Update and manage the risk portfolio regularly

• Provide leadership for disaster recovery initiatives

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in Governance and Risk

• Relevant security certifications (CISM, CISA)

• Proven leadership in information security environments

• Familiarity with ISO 27001 standards

• Strong analytical and communication abilities
