We seek a dedicated individual with 7-10 years of experience in administration of Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and Service Now. You will ensure high platform availability, implement governance controls, and facilitate seamless workflows. Engaging with cross-functional teams, you'll leverage your insights to automate processes and improve user efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead administration of Jira Service Management and other Atlassian tools
• Design, maintain, and optimize workflows and automations
• Oversee compliance with security standards and audit requirements
• Create integrations with enterprise systems via APIs
• Monitor platform usage and performance metrics
Requirements:
• 7-10 years of enterprise-level experience in platform admin
• Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM methodologies
• Experience with security policies and access management
• Skilled in JavaScript, Python, and automation tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
