Join Aecon as a Junior Specialist in IT Operations in Toronto, ON, and be part of impactful infrastructure projects. This role involves providing critical IT support and managing technical solutions effectively.
As an integral part of the IT Operations team, you'll work under the Manager of IT Operations, supporting project offices and troubleshooting IT systems daily. Essential skills include hands-on experience with deployment processes and excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications and IT policies, enabling seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide IT support for end users in various settings
• Manage the setup, deployment, and support of IT solutions
• Create job site technology diagrams and specifications
• Supervise reclaiming of IT assets after projects
• Collaborate on site mobilization and demobilization
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Information Technology or experience
• Hands-on experience with HP and Cisco hardware
• Familiar with ITIL and ITSM tools
• Effective communicator of technical information
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
