Post‑secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong experience with architecture principles, systems integration, and application development.
- 5+ years supporting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 (Finance & Operations, CRM, or Supply Chain).
- 3+ years as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect.
- 2+ years implementing or supporting eCommerce applications or websites.
- 2+ of Power Platform experience.
- Experience building integrations and managing master data within Microsoft Dynamics AX/365.
- Experience with database technologies such as Oracle and SQL Server.
- Knowledge of retail or supply chain processes.
- TOGAF or other formal architecture frameworks considered an asset.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of Dynamics AX/365 modules (specify modules as applicable).
- Strong knowledge of the AX/365 data model for key platform documents.
- Understanding of day‑to‑day platform operations, including month‑end and year‑end close.
