À la TD, l'équipe Operations Support Group à Barrie recherche un Analyste des opérations réseau pour fournir un soutien de qualité supérieure dans un environnement technologique dynamique. Votre rôle principal consistera à surveiller, dépanner et restaurer les services réseau, contribuant ainsi à la stabilité des opérations. Avec un niveau d'expertise requis et un sens aigu de la collaboration, vous serez au cœur de notre réseau d'entreprise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 2 support for enterprise network infrastructure
• Investigate and respond to service alerts and incidents
• Perform root cause identification across network technologies
• Work closely with teams to resolve technical issues
• Use diagnostic tools for network performance assessment
Requirements:
• Strong experience supporting enterprise network environments
• Knowledge of network security and cloud services
• Minimum 3 years in Network Operations with CCNP certification
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Experience with diagnostic tools is a plus
