* Job Description:

**** Customer
* ** Manages and optimizes the flow of value across the Agile Release Train or Product Group as an integrated delivery system, ensuring predictable outcomes aligned to Program Increment objectives.
* Owns ART‐ or Product Group‐level PI readiness, including coordination of Vision, Roadmaps, Features, and release sequencing
* Facilitates and governs PI Planning, System Demos, and synchronization forums to maintain cohesion across teams and domains
* Actively manages and resolves cross‐team dependencies, risks, and systemic impediments, balancing delivery trade‐offs to protect predictability
* Summarizes and publishes Program‐level PI Objectives, ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities, objectives, and strategic outcomes
* Tracks and interprets delivery metrics and trends to identify systemic issues and intervene proactively
* Provides delivery guidance at the ART or Product Group leadership level, ensuring decisions remain feasible, compliant, and aligned
* Partners with Product, Technology, Architecture, Operations, and control functions to align execution with governance and risk expectations
* Coaches execution standards and escalation practices across teams while remaining an individual contributor focused on orchestration, not people management

* ** Protects shareholder value by actively managing delivery risk and performance at the ART or Product Group system level, balancing commitments, predictability, and governance expectations.
* Applies enterprise and industry best practices to optimize release and delivery performance across the ART or Product Group
* Contributes to the evolution of delivery, engineering, and service practices by providing system‐level feedback and insights
* Establishes and interprets delivery metrics and trends to identify systemic risks and intervene early
* Leads or participates in cross‐Product Group or Product Family activities to resolve complex delivery risks and dependencies
* Partners with governance, risk, compliance, and audit groups to ensure delivery decisions align with enterprise standards and risk appetite
* Monitors emerging regulatory, operational, and delivery risks and incorporates impacts into planning and prioritization
* Actively manages and escalates high‐risk issues that threaten enterprise commitments, timelines, or outcomes
* This role protects shareholder interests through system‐level risk management and trade‐off decisions, consistent with the layered RTE model
