Program Manager, Network Security

Reporting to the AVP, Cyber Security Program Management, this position is central to how Canadian Tire builds and sustains its network and security infrastructure posture
. You'll work across engineering, architecture, and operations teams, engaging executive stakeholders and driving meaningful, measurable outcomes in a large-scale enterprise environment.

This role demands both deep technical fluency and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to senior leadership. You'll own the development of a comprehensive network and security capabilities roadmap — spanning short-term wins (0–6 months) all the way through long-term transformations (18+ months) — aligned with the organization's CISO expectations and enterprise cyber strategy.

Beyond roadmap development, you'll be responsible for governance reinforcement

As the Program Manager, Network Security
