Position: Konrad’s Senior Manager, Information Security
Step into the vital role of Senior Manager, Information Security at Konrad, where you'll shape our security strategies and policies. This position is onsite in Toronto for four days a week, fostering a hands-on approach.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead initiatives that safeguard our systems and proprietary data while ensuring compliance with globally recognized security frameworks. You will serve as a key contact for client security assessments and manage audits and vulnerability programs, collaborating with teams to implement best practices in security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain security strategies and policies

• Lead compliance with standards like SOC 2 and ISO 27001

• Engage with clients on security assessments

• Conduct audits and manage risk assessments

• Collaborate with various teams to integrate security

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years in IT and information security

• Extensive experience managing security programs

• Deep understanding of regulatory standards

• Strong technical skills in cloud and network architecture

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
