In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems. Your involvement in projects to implement new technologies will be key to improving internal operations and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain software and hardware systems
• Perform troubleshooting for software and hardware issues
• Report anomalies and provide effective solutions
• Support users with technology-related queries
• Update technical documentation for users and systems
Requirements:
• Completion of DEP, DEC, or AEC in computer science
• Experience with Microsoft operating systems and related software
• Understanding of network devices and configurations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Capable of diagnosing and resolving technical issues
