• Good years in consulting, telecom/network engineering, test strategy, transformation, assessment, or automation advisory.
• Strong experience leading current-state assessments, gap analysis, business cases, and roadmap engagements.
• Knowledge of telecom network testing, lab operations, regression testing, service validation, and test automation.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing multi-location teams, delivery risks, dependencies, and scope.

• Exposure to Cisco IOS XR/XE, Juniper Junos, Nokia MDCLI, Ciena 6500, Nokia 1830, Spirent, or EXFO.
• Familiarity with Cisco pyATS, Robot Framework, Python automation, CI/CD, and version control.
• Experience with telecom operators, automation maturity models, Lean Business Cases, and value-versus-effort prioritization.
• Relevant networking, automation, architecture, consulting, or project management certification.

• Lead engagement mobilization, including charter, RACI, stakeholder mapping, governance, escalation paths, and assessment scope.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and interviews with lab owners, test leads, and SMEs across IP, Optical, Voice, and network testing domains.
• Assess current automation maturity, operational pain points, constraints, coverage gaps, technical debt, and improvement opportunities.
• Review test cases, runbooks, execution logs, release calendars, tooling inventories, and related technical inputs.
• Translate technical findings into business impact, benefit hypotheses, and executive-ready recommendations.
• Review maturity assessments, bottleneck analysis, automation candidate prioritization, Lean Business Case inputs, and transformation roadmaps.
• Manage governance, risks, dependencies, decisions, stakeholder alignment, and scope throughout the assessment.
• Present findings to leadership, identify quick wins, define phased priorities, and support transition to future execution programs."
