CIBC seeks an Endpoint Compute Specialist in Toronto to drive Windows system performance and support automated deployments. Enhance user experience with advanced technical expertise.
As an integral member of CIBC’s team, you will manage and support Windows OS across the enterprise.
Your role includes troubleshooting, analyzing system issues, and coordinating cross-team initiatives to enhance endpoint stability and security. Your efforts will contribute to improving the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot Windows OS and applications across the enterprise
• Implement automated solutions for endpoint provisioning
• Analyze incidents and operational trends for improvements
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams for support
• Ensure consistent, secure, and scalable endpoint environments
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience with Windows endpoints
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Power Shell and endpoint configuration tools
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Intune and desktop software support
• Experience with Citrix or VMware for VDI
