UI UX Designer – Digital Commerce

Our client is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to support a digital commerce transformation initiative within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will bridge business, technical, and customer experience teams to create intuitive, customer-centric digital experiences across B2B eCommerce and self-service platforms.

• Design intuitive, user-focused B2B digital commerce experiences.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and product teams to translate business requirements into effective UX solutions.
• Conduct UX research, validation, and usability testing.
• Develop customer personas, journey maps, and user flows.
• Design responsive user interfaces and interactive prototypes.
• Improve information architecture, navigation, and overall usability.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and modern UX best practices.
• Support digital commerce initiatives involving product configuration and visualization.

• Strong UI/UX design experience within digital commerce environments.
• Experience designing B2B customer experiences.
• Experience with Sana Commerce or similar eCommerce platforms.
• Experience with Expivi or other product configuration/visualization platforms.
• UX research, usability testing, and user validation.
• Information architecture and navigation design.
• Interaction design and visual design.
• Responsive UI design for desktop and mobile.
• Customer personas and journey mapping.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Customer self-service portal experience.
• Experience working alongside ERP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
