Huron is seeking a Digital Consulting Manager with a strong background in Workday Adaptive Planning. The ideal candidate will leverage 5-7 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing specifications, and troubleshooting. A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required, along with a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technology solution delivery aligned with client goals
• Mentor junior team members and encourage collaboration
• Build long-lasting client relationships for project success
• Analyze project requirements and manage implementation phases
• Conduct thorough tests and troubleshoot user-interface issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years implementing Workday Adaptive Planning
• Experience in writing functional specifications and testing
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Active Workday Certification preferred
• Willingness to travel frequently
