At Moneris, you will serve as Scrum Master for one to two Agile product teams, applying Scrum and Agile practices consistently. Collaborating with the Product Owner and Tech Lead, your role will be key in identifying impediments and managing dependencies for successful delivery. You will also coordinate with other teams, track metrics, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide Agile product teams through Scrum ceremonies
• Partner with teams to address risks and remove impediments
• Monitor team metrics and surface trends to stakeholders
• Facilitate cross-team alignments through Scrum of Scrums
• Promote an environment of learning and psychological safety
Requirements:
• Scrum Master certification or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in Agile roles
• Background in Computer Science or Engineering
• Proven track record of facilitating Agile ceremonies
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks, preferred
