IAM​/CIAM Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM).

• Bachelor's or higher degree in technology programs (preferably software engineering or computer science)
• Strong hands-on software development business system analysis experience, translating business requirements into product driven systems specification, behavior-driven development user stories, acceptance criteria, UML diagrams
• Familiar with system design principles such as Reactive Principles, Bounded Context, Actor Model
• Exceptional understanding of Customer Identity and Access Management domain
• Familiarity with Ping/Forgerock suite of application stack including but not limited to Ping Federate, Forge Rock Authorization, Forge Rock Intelligent Access, PingIDM Lifecycle & Relationship Management, PingIDM Identity Workflow, PingDS Directory Server and Ping Gateway Edge Security
• Exceptional experience in Confluence and Jira tool set
• Strong partnership experience to drive User Story grooming and mapping sessions
• Experience in building message driven solution using Kafka or similar message hubs
• Strong Database knowledge background to translate business requirements into table entities, relationship, constraints, partitions, etc.
• Familiarity with Dynatrace software-intelligence monitoring platform to build and manage highly resilient domain driven services
• Understanding of REST API, microservice in domain driven using hexagonal architecture principles
• Familiar with large batch file based solution using Apache Camel integration framework
• Familiar with Autosys to handle process scheduling
• Familiar with TIBCO file transmission process
• Familiar with Telemetry and Open Telemetry framework and Familiar with Circuit Breaker design pattern
• Dev Ops practices including CI/CD, Jenkins, test automation
• Familiar with Log management tools like Splunk
