In this Level 3 position, you will collaborate with the Project Management & Program Delivery team and play a pivotal role in embracing Agile methodologies. Your focus will include product delivery, research, user experience, and translating business needs into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide Agile user experience and content strategies
• Develop product design criteria and communication protocols
• Lead usability testing for digital solutions
• Mentor the team on content design and user flows
• Conduct stakeholder consultations for business needs
Requirements:
• Significant experience in online user experience design
• Proficient in design tools:
Adobe InDesign, Balsamiq
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.0/2.1 accessibility standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
