ServiceNow Administrator-CSA/Banking
Are you an experienced Service Now Systems Administrator looking for a new opportunity?
Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Service Now Administrator-CSA/Banking. This position involves managing and optimizing the Service Now platform to support IT service management processes, ensuring stability, security, and performance.
Pay rate range (CAD): $65.23/hr– $75.28/hr
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the Service Now platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability
- Lead system configuration, customization, and integration with existing ITSM processes
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and deployments on multiple Service Now instances
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
- Develop and implement solutions adhering to IT Service Management policies and standards
- Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define scope and deliver technical solutions
- Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews for Service Now configurations and integrations
- Provide 24x7 support during on-call rotations and perform off-hours maintenance as required
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and technical procedures
- Ensure compliance with security policies and frameworks relevant to the platform
- 5+ years of experience as a Service Now Systems Administrator
- CSA certification (critical requirement)
- Strong knowledge of Service Now platform configuration, management, and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ITSM processes and best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and lead resolution efforts
- Development experience within Service Now (e.g., scripting, custom app development)
- Previous experience in banking or financial services
- ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL frameworks
