Service Desk Analyst - Security Specialist

The company seeks a qualified Service Desk Analyst to manage technical challenges across endpoint, network, and user environments. As part of your responsibilities, you will troubleshoot essential services like Microsoft 365 and VPNs, all while following best practices outlined in runbooks. Occasional on-site support in the Greater Toronto Area is anticipated during this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver IT support across various client needs

• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, and VPN connectivity issues

• Support Mac and Linux systems as needed

• Follow documentation to optimize problem resolution

• Maintain direct communication with clients during troubleshooting

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support

• Knowledge of endpoint and network support

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, specifically Teams and Outlook

• Experience primarily in Windows environments
