Lead the evolution of CI's digital presence as the Manager of Digital Experience. This role focuses on innovative design and cross-department collaboration to enhance user interactions.
Bring your 5+ years of content management system expertise to CI, where you'll work with diverse teams like Marketing, Technology, and Client Services. This position requires you to act as a vital communication bridge, ensuring non-technical needs are effectively conveyed to technical teams. Your knowledge of agile practices and digital standards will drive impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with agencies to create innovative digital solutions
• Streamline processes among marketing and tech teams
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with strong oversight
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Plan long-term strategies for web and digital ecosystems
Requirements:
• 5+ years in content management systems
• Relevant degree in Marketing, UI/UX, Technology
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Strong knowledge of web standards and accessibility
• Understanding of analytics and SEO
