- Analyze product and customer data from multiple sources (analytics tools, feedback platforms, internal systems) to uncover trends in adoption, retention, and engagement.
- Define, track, and report on key metrics such as NPS, ARR per user, active users, and firm engagement etc.
- Build dashboards and scalable reporting that unify data across systems and make insights accessible to the organization.
- Work with incomplete, inconsistent, and less structured data, applying creative problem-solving to ensure accuracy, reliability, and trust.
- Partner with Product Managers tovalidatehypotheses, measure feature performance, and guide prioritization.
- Collaborate with Finance to connect product usage with revenue outcomes, includingrevenueprojections,retention sand growth modeling.
- Support the Commercial team and Market Leaders with insights that inform go-to-market strategy, customer engagement, and regional performance.
- Act as a data advocate ensuring that insights drive decision-making across teams, even when data is fragmented or ambiguous.
- 3+ years of experience in product, business, or data analytics.
- Strong background in data mining, quantitative analysis, and problem solving.
- Proficiency in SQL anda scripting language (Python or R) for data wrangling and analysisandworking with APIs.
- Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI (Microsoft Fabrica plus).
- Exposure to product analytics and feedback platforms such as Pendo
- Experience working with dataplatformor engineering teams to improve pipelines and data quality.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments, with strong communication and data storytelling skills.

The annual base salary for this position is between $108,000 CAD and $112,000 CAD per year.
This role is also eligible for discretionary bonus and/or commission, as well as other benefits. Actual pay within the listed range will be determined based on factors such as transferable skills, relevant experience, market conditions, and primary work location.
