Senior ServiceNow Developer

Hybrid. Candidate is required tocome to the office 5 days a week.

The Sr. Software Developer will design, implement, and continuously expand data pipelines by performing extraction, transformation,and loading activities. The role is required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.

This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs,maintaining applications, and conducting unit tests. The role also resolves and troubleshoots technical problems that arise during the use and operation of software packages, including providing technical assistance during implementation, conversion, and migrations.

• Experience developing custom applications, workflows, integrations, automation solutions, and platform enhancements.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Dev Ops methodologies, testing, deployment,and code management practices.
• Abilityto design, develop, support, and continuously improve scalable Service Now solutions that meet business and operational requirements.

• 5+years of Service Now platform experience, including 3-5 years in solution architecture and platform governance roles.
• Demonstrated experience developing Service Now roadmaps, architecture standards, and platform modernization strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Strong knowledge of Service Now platform architecture, CSDM, CMDB, integrations,data models, security, and governance.
• Experience leading solution design, architecture reviews, technical governance, and platform transformation initiatives.
• Abilityto translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable, andfuture-state Service Now solutions.
• Knowledge of Service Now AI, Automation Engine, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and emerging platform capabilities.

• 5+years of experience administering Service Now in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience managing platform upgrades, patching, release management, cloning,security, and instance health.
• Strong knowledge of user administration, roles, groups, access controls, system configuration, and platform governance.
• Experience ensuring platform availability, performance, reliability, and operational excellence.

• Development experience with Service Now portals and Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Service Now Certified  Implementation Specialist - Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR).

• Service Now Certified  System Administrator (CSA).
• Service Now Certified  Implementation Specialist in ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations,IRM, or equivalent.
• Service Now Certified  Technical Architect (CTA) considered a strong asset.
• ITILv4 Foundation or higher certification.
