Workflow Administrator

This role is fully in office (5 days/week) - based in Toronto, ON.

• Responsible for preparing, logging and scanning incoming transaction requests for virtual remote processing.
• Prioritize processing of items with regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
• Respond promptly to daily inquiries from internal clients, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
• Develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of the services offered by clients to their security holders and keep up-to-date on circumstances which affect the security holders especially security transfer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Keep operational procedures and guidelines up-to-date and enrich them whenever needed.
• Help further strengthen the risk framework by acting as first line of defense and implementing relevant controls.
• Help streamline the process flows and develop initiatives to increase the added value for the clients, their shareholders and the company.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• 1 to 3 years working experience in an office environment and/or.
• Working experience in Financial Industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google suite applications.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
• High level of attention to accuracy and detail required.
• A friendly service-oriented individual with good communications skills.

• Proficient with Macros.
• Knowledge about Apps Scripts.

Salary Range: $22/h - $24/h CAD
