Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Maximo (MAS) Technical Analyst (5+ years) to implement and configure IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Manage for enterprise asset management modernization

Join a large-scale Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) initiative supporting modernization of asset and maintenance management processes within public transit operations. This role focuses on implementing, configuring, and deploying IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Manage and related modules supporting asset lifecycle management, work management, preventive maintenance, inventory, procurement, and enterprise integrations. The project includes Asset Configuration Manager (ACM) implementation to support condition-based maintenance and asset health monitoring across complex operational environments.

Must Haves
  • 5+ years as a Maximo Technical Analyst working with IBM Maximo 7.6.1+ and recent MAS 8.x/9.x
  • Hands-on MAS Manage configuration and implementation within large public sector or public transit environments
  • Expertise configuring Maximo applications, workflows, escalations, communication templates, cron tasks, and security groups
  • Hands-on Python/Jython automation scripting and MIF
    , REST/OSLC API integrations
  • Strong understanding of EAM business processes including Work Orders, Preventative Maintenance, Assets, Locations, Inventory, and Procurement
Nice to Have
  • Experience implementing Asset Condition Management (ACM) including condition monitoring, meter groups, and condition-based maintenance
  • Experience supporting data migration, validation, and reconciliation
  • Experience deploying systems across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments
Responsibilities
  • Support business requirements workshops with SMEs and stakeholders
  • Analyze and translate business requirements into MAS configuration
  • Configure and customize MAS Manage, Predict, and Health modules
  • Implement and configure Asset Condition Management (ACM)
  • Develop and support integrations using MIF and REST/OSLC APIs
  • Deploy configurations across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments
