Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Maximo Functional Analyst with over 5 years of experience. This role focuses on implementing and configuring the IBM Maximo Application Suite, particularly for EAM processes such as preventive maintenance, inventory, and procurement. You will provide crucial support in delivering functional specifications, aligning with enterprise standards while engaging with technical teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business requirements workshops with subject matter experts

• Document and validate functional requirements for MAS Manage

• Analyze current-state and future-state EAM processes

• Conduct gap analysis on existing and MAS Manage capabilities

• Support functional design for Asset Condition Management

Requirements:

• 5+ years as IBM Maximo functional analyst

• Experience with MAS 8.x/9.x and Maximo 7.6.1+

• Proficiency in EAM business processes

• Knowledge of Asset Condition Management strategies

• Familiarity with data migration and MAS configuration
