In this managerial role, you will oversee the functional design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. You will analyze client needs, drive workshops, and provide subject matter expertise across payroll functions. Your task is to align technology solutions with business requirements, ensuring compliance and promoting operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis for payroll
• Ensure effective configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module
• Provide guidance on payroll processes and legislative needs
• Manage key deliverables including solution design documents
• Collaborate with diverse teams for seamless integrations
Requirements:
• At least 6 years' experience in Oracle Cloud HCM
• Experience in a minimum of 2 payroll implementations
• Capable of independent work and team collaboration
• Familiarity with payroll reconciliation and compliance
• Strong communication and analytical skills
Lead transformative payroll projects at PwC and influence client success with your expertise.
