In this senior role, you will be responsible for technical accountability across numerous client teams, ensuring seamless adoption of Electric Mind’s AI Enablement delivery method. This includes coaching Client Tech Leads, QE Leads, and Architects while fostering a review-based culture within agile environments. Your approach will help unlock business potential by transforming technology strategies into effective implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as technical accountability point across assigned teams
• Own AI adoption in the Software Delivery Lifecycle
• Coach Client Tech Leads and Architects for best practices
• Instill discipline in review processes and solution designs
• Report recurring technical patterns and escalate issues
Requirements:
• Senior technical leadership experience across multiple teams
• Strong understanding of AI Enablement methods
• Experience with disciplined code and documentation reviews
• Familiarity with software architecture standards
• Ability to coach senior technical roles effectively
