As a Senior Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in advancing CIHI's mission to inform health system decisions. Utilizing your 3-5 years of experience with large datasets, you'll manage and analyze data, ensuring it meets high quality standards. Your work will involve data management, producing reports, and engaging with various stakeholders to present findings effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and validate CIHI health data for key deliverables
• Conduct analytical activities including statistical code updates
• Perform environmental scans and literature reviews
• Develop materials for knowledge translation and dissemination
• Provide professional support to internal and external clients
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Health Information or related field
• 3–5 years in data management and analysis
• Proficiency in Python, R, or statistical software
• Strong communication skills for data storytelling
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
