TruPoint is seeking a dedicated Systems Administrator to enhance our Secure Workspace offerings. Ideal candidates have robust desktop and server support experience, particularly in managed service or enterprise environments.
Your role includes after-hours technical support and collaboration within a motivated team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide remote and onsite technical support to clients
• Manage Azure and Office 365 environments effectively
• Deploy and maintain Citrix cloud workspace solutions
• Assist with Data Center and Network Deployments
• Support ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
• University Degree or College Diploma in IT or Computer Science
• Extensive knowledge of Windows systems and networking
• Familiarity with IT security principles and methods
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a detail-oriented approach
