This managerial role focuses on guiding project teams through each phase of ERP projects. You will manage requirements definition, risk analysis, customization, and client training for Oracle applications, all while fostering client relationships and managing business development efforts. Your responsibilities will include effective collaboration with diverse teams and contributing to complex problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project teams through ERP project phases
• Oversee requirements definition and technology risk analysis
• Lead customization, testing, and implementation efforts
• Support business development and respond to RFPs
• Ensure client training and project rollout are successful
Requirements:
• Oracle Fusion certification with real-world implementation experience
• 4+ lifecycle implementations in Oracle Cloud PPM modules
• 7+ years relevant industry experience
• Proven ability to lead change and engage teams
• Willingness to travel up to 90% for client projects
