As a Salesforce Data Cloud Developer
, you will make an impact by designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-scale customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. You will be a valued member of the customer data and digital transformation team, working collaboratively with Product Owners, Business Analysts, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable Customer 360 solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Configure and manage Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), and Identity Resolution processes.
- Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines and integrations using APIs and Mule Soft connectivity where required.
- Design and implement data transformations, calculated insights, data graphs, audience segmentation strategies, and customer journeys.
- Support Data Cloud administration, deployment activities, environment management, operational excellence, data governance, and integration with Customer 360 capabilities.

- Strong experience designing and developing solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Hands-on expertise with Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), Identity Resolution
- Experience building data ingestion, integration, and transformation pipelines using APIs and Mule Soft connectivity.
- Proven experience with customer segmentation, calculated insights, data graphs, and Customer 360 implementations.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, deployment activities, production validation, and operational support within Salesforce environments.
- Experience developing and managing customer journeys using Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities.
- Strong understanding of Data Cloud governance, security, data quality, and performance optimization.
- Experience configuring and managing Data Cloud environments, sandboxes, permission sets, and Data Kits.
- Ability to develop deployment runbooks, operational procedures, and technical support documentation.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional delivery teams.

Salary and Other CompensationWe regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between $77,000 - $125,000pa CAD Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual performance-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing.
