SummaryBell is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Service Now System Administrator to join our Enterprise Service Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of the Service Now platform across multiple enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities Platform Administration- Administer and maintain Service Now instances across Production and non-Production environments.
- Manage platform configurations, properties, plugins, upgrades, and patching activities.
- Monitor platform health, performance, availability, and capacity.
- Perform instance cloning activities and environment management.
- Administer users, groups, roles, and access controls.
- Support compliance with Bell security standards and governance requirements.
- Manage Service Now authentication, SSO, and user access reviews.
- Investigate and resolve platform incidents and operational issues.
- Support platform upgrades and release management activities.
- Execute maintenance activities and health improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal support teams as required.
- Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices and Bell governance standards.
- Participate in architecture reviews, change approvals, and platform control processes.
- Support CMDB, CSDM, and platform data quality initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation.
- Support implementation of new Service Now capabilities including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, Sec Ops, CSM, AI, and Employee Experience solutions.
- Contribute to platform monitoring, reporting, and operational dashboards.
