We're seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead the full lifecycle of customer success, from pre-sale to post-sale. This entails running proof-of-value pilots, configuring AI workflows, and managing agent performance. The ideal candidate is fluent in AI, possesses technical skills, and excels in customer-facing roles to drive measurable outcomes through direct engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with AEs to execute impactful proof-of-value pilots
• Validate technical details, including data mapping and integrations
• Guide onboarding processes for functional go-live
• Monitor and enhance AI output quality
• Track impact metrics and support expansions
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in solutions engineering or technical consulting
• Experience with AI-powered products and workflow automation
• Strong knowledge of API integrations and debugging
• Familiarity with SaaS delivery and customer success processes
• Proven ability to manage customer projects independently
