Technical Project Manager

The Technical Project Manager will provide project and product management leadership for large-scale, complex, high-profile, andhigh-risk public-sector I&IT initiatives.

The role is responsible for helping ensure project deliverables meet business requirements within established timelines, scope,and budget. The successful candidate will bring strong experience in product planning, product lifecycle management, project delivery, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, requirements management, documentation, andpublic-sector IT processes.

The position requires strong coordination across business and technical teams and experience supporting multi-year, multi-million-dollar initiatives.

• Provide project management leadership for large-scale, complex, high-profile, andhigh-risk I&IT initiatives.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements within established timelines, scope, and budget.
• Manage project and product planning activities throughout the lifecycle.
• Defineand execute product vision and strategy.
• Gather,analyze, and prioritize customer and business requirements.
• Createand manage detailed product roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support successful product delivery.
• Managestakeholders, project risks, scope, and financial considerations formulti-year initiatives.
• Formulate business and technical requirements.
• Solve business problems and establish product visions and goals.

• Proven experience in product planning and lifecycle management.
• Skilledin defining and executing product vision and strategy.
• Abilityto gather and prioritize customer and business requirements.
• Proficient in creating and managing detailed product roadmaps.
• Experience with public-sector project assessments, including Threat Risk Assessment sand Privacy Impact Assessments, and financial analysis for multi-year projects.
• Proven ability to manage multi-year, multi-million-dollar projects, including stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and scope control.
• Expertise in formulating business and technical requirements, solving business problems, and defining product visions and goals.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams for product delivery.

• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
• Skilledin managing project life cycles using tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, Kanban, and Azure Dev Ops.
• Proficiency with online collaboration tools such as Miro, Microsoft Teams, Atlassian Confluence, Trello, Office 365, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack.

• Experience creating privacy, financial, communication, and IT documentation,including:
• Business cases
• Privacy Impact Assessments
• Threat Impact Assessments
• Requests for Service
• Experience creating Agile methodology artifacts, including:
• Roadmaps
• Release plans
• Epics
• Features

• Experience with public-sector ITIL processes, including incident management, release management, problem management, and support models.
• Familiarity with public-sector PMO Stage Gate processes.
• Experience with public-sector business processes, gating procedures, project management requirements, and business rules.

• Proven experience in product planning and lifecycle management.
