Senior Solutions Designer - CRM

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Designer - CRM to lead the solution architecture, design, and technical configuration of enterprise-level Salesforce platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and accessible cloud solutions. Leveraging deep expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Omni Studio (Vlocity), and Lightning Web Components (LWC), you will design cross-platform web applications, configure secure integration pipelines, construct build books, and enforce strict accessibility standards across all digital interactions.

Responsibilities
Salesforce Solution Architecture & Configuration:
Architect, design, and configure end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Experience Cloud, Omni Studio (Vlocity Flex Cards, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, OmniScripts), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Dynamic Forms.

Integrations & Middleware:
Configure and integrate Salesforce with internal applications and subsidiary systems using REST/SOAP web services, API integrations, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Accessibility & Inclusive Design:
Design and support web and mobile applications that comply with AODA and WCAG accessibility standards, ensuring inclusive user experiences across all modern devices.

Fit/Gap Analysis & Technical Documentation:
Conduct fit/gap analyses between business requirements and platform capabilities; author comprehensive system design models, build books, technical specifications, and process workflows.

Troubleshooting & Incident Management:
Perform root-cause analysis, system diagnostics, and defect resolution across development and production environments; provide application fixes during UAT and release phases.

Agile Governance & Security Controls:
Ensure solution designs align with standard enterprise architecture frameworks, security settings, governor limits, and Agile delivery methodologies.

Stakeholder Support & Knowledge Transfer:
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to provide technical guidance, progress reporting, and structured knowledge transfer.

Qualifications
Salesforce Solutioning & Configuration: 5+ years of hands-on experience solutioning and configuring Salesforce platforms (Strictly Required).

Salesforce

Certifications:

Active certification as a Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant (Strictly Required). (Platform Developer I, Omni Studio Developer, or Administrator certifications are highly valued).

Omni Studio & Vlocity Expertise:
Hands-on experience with Vlocity platform capabilities, including Flex Cards, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Matrices, OmniScripts, Vlocity Data Model, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) (Strictly Required).

Dynamic Forms & LWC: 3+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Dynamic Forms (Strictly Required).
