A growing Critical Access Hospital is seeking a forward-thinking Director of Information Technology to lead both the strategic vision and day-to-day operations of its IT department.
This is an ideal role for an experienced IT leader who enjoys building strong teams, driving meaningful changes, and staying at the forefront of innovation in a healthcare setting. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of technology within the organization while helping lead major initiatives in AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and system optimization. This is an On-Call position.
In This Role, You Will:
Lead the organization's IT strategy, operations, and enterprise technology systems, including the EHR, ERP, infrastructure, and cybersecurityDrive technology modernization initiatives, including AI, cybersecurity enhancements, and organizational growth projectsBuild, mentor, and develop high-performing technology and informatics teamsPartner with executive, clinical, and operational leaders to deliver innovative technology solutionsThe Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience), required5+ years of healthcare IT leadership experience, including Director-level people managementExperience with Epic or another enterprise EHR platformStrong background in healthcare infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, ERP systems, and Microsoft technologiesProven success leading technology projects, organizational change, and team developmentCreative forward thinker and cutting-edge IT leader neededLocation & Lifestyle:
