Our mining client is seeking a Senior SAP Success Factors System Analyst (10+ years) to support Employee Central and Onboarding initiatives using SAP Success Factors
Join a large-scale ERP environment supporting ongoing SAP Success Factors sustainment and project initiatives within the energy and resources sector. This role focuses on Employee Central, Employee Central Benefits, and Onboarding configuration, testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities. The position supports both active project delivery and post-go-live production sustainment within a fast-paced enterprise environment. This is an initial 6-month contract with potential extension based on program needs.
1 year Contract, Vancouver, Calgary preferred open to Toronto, Hybrid in Vancouver,

Configure and maintain the Employee Central module within SAP Success Factors based on business requirementsConfigure and support Employee Central Benefits and Success Factors OnboardingAnalyze business requirements and recommend system configuration solutionsIdentify and fix configuration issues while performing root cause analysisSupport system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activitiesPrepare and maintain configuration documentation and project-related workSupport post-go-live stabilization, production support, and continuous project activities
