In this key role, you will manage multiple integration activities under project management direction. Your expertise in human capital management applications will involve requirements gathering, design, and development while guiding junior consultants and coordinating with technical teams. Effective communication and stakeholder management are essential to achieve successful outcomes and maximize clients' Dayforce investments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead integration activities and support design strategies
• Work with stakeholders to shape implementation vision
• Develop architecture roadmaps for integration solutions
• Document solutions and contribute to best practices
• Mentor junior consultants and facilitate workshops
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years HCM application consulting experience
• Proficient in SaaS/Cloud environments
• Expertise in Dayforce, Workday, or similar applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
