Director of Technology Change Management

Lead progressive change as the Director of Technology Communications and Organizational Change Management in Toronto. This strategic role demands a keen focus on technology communications aligned with business objectives.

We are looking for an experienced leader for a 14-month contract in Toronto to oversee technology communications and organizational change management. You will serve as a trusted advisor to Technology leadership, shaping communication governance, and providing guidance on stakeholder alignment. Drive successful change initiatives through effective engagement strategies and stakeholder communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define strategic priorities for technology communication and change management

• Advise technology leaders on executive communications and employee engagement

• Shape communications governance for coordinated messaging

• Partner with various departments to reduce messaging overlap

• Maintain OCM frameworks and monitor change readiness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Communications, Business, or related field

• Senior leadership experience in technology change

• Understanding of technology delivery and adoption

• Proven ability to influence and partner across teams

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
