Numeris isseeking a Senior Cloud Systems Engineer to lead the design, automation, and operation of enterprise cloud platforms across AWS and Azure. This role combines deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, cloud architecture, and data platforms to enable scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions.

What you will do

Design, deploy and manage AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure using Terraform.

Build and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops, Git Lab.

Develop reusable Infrastructure as Code modules and platform automation frameworks.

Architect and support cloud-based data lake solutions leveraging AWS Lake Formation, S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, Azure Data Lake Storage, Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric.

Promote Infrastructure as Code and Git Ops best practices across engineering teams.

Ensure cloud environments adhere to security, governance, monitoring, and compliance best practices.

Implement IAM, secrets management, encryption, logging, and monitoring controls.

Collaborate with Security teams to address vulnerabilities and compliance requirements.

Maintain secure cloud configurations and cloud governance standards.

Participate in audits and security reviews as required.

Support Kubernetes platforms (EKS/AKS), containerization, and Git Ops workflows.

Drive platform reliability, operational excellence, and cloud cost optimization.

What you have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline(Equivalent practical experience may be considered)

7-10 years of IT Infrastructure, systems engineering or cloud engineering experience

5+ years of hands-onAWS engineering experience

Expert-level Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience.

Strong AWS architecture and platform engineering expertise.

Experience with Azure cloud services and hybrid cloud environments.

CI/CD pipeline design and automation experience.

Data Lake and Data Platform architecture experience.

Linux management and scripting

Scripting skills in Python, Power Shell, and Bash.

Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM, and compliance frameworks.

Networks Administration

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline(Equivalent practical experience may be considered)

7-10 years of IT Infrastructure, systems engineering or cloud engineering experience

5+ years of hands-onAWS engineering experience
