As the eTrading Engineering Lead, you will manage impactful infrastructure delivery for high-performance trading platforms. You will oversee two infrastructure engineers, ensuring they achieve set objectives and develop key skills. Lead the management of the infrastructure budget, controls, and overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and guide infrastructure engineering team members
• Own regional delivery pipeline and roadmap for services
• Manage budgets and forecasts for infrastructure projects
• Govern service capacity, availability, and incident responses
• Collaborate with various stakeholders for effective execution
Requirements:
• Significant experience in infrastructure and network engineering
• Proven leadership in managing small engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of Linux and networking protocols
• Expertise in low-latency connectivity and infrastructure lifecycle
• Coding experience in Java, Python, or similar languages
