Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure delivery commitments and quality metrics for Agile squads
• Mentor team members in Agile methodologies and AI utilization
• Advocate for evidence-based planning and synchronizing roadmaps
• Facilitate retrospectives and identify systemic improvements
• Contribute to delivery standards and training programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or similar
• 6-8 years of Agile delivery experience with proven outcomes
• Certified Scrum Master and Professional credentials required
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Background in financial services preferred
