Implementation Manager for Enterprise Rollouts

Med Me seeks an Implementation Manager to lead complex enterprise rollouts across North American pharmacy organizations. Drive clinical services transformation while ensuring effective adoption and change management.

In this role, you'll manage implementations from post-sale planning through go-live. Your focus will be on clinical workflows, training, and coordinating interactions between customer teams and Med Me specialists. As Med Me's first dedicated hire for this function, you'll shape the implementation process and establish the necessary tools and playbooks for large-scale rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementations from planning to handoff to Account Management

• Develop implementation plans with clear deliverables and timelines

• Coordinate clinical readiness and training for pharmacy teams

• Serve as primary contact for ongoing customer project communications

• Track project delivery performance and address gaps in service

Requirements:

• 5+ years in implementation, professional services, or delivery management

• Proven experience with consulting-style delivery approaches

• Comfortable negotiating and managing multi-stakeholder outcomes

• Strong background working with enterprise customers

• Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
