We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to drive Agile and Scrum ceremonies, facilitate continuous improvement, and coach cross-functional teams. This role requires hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines. Your strong business analysis skills and experience with Dev Ops teams will be critical in bridging development and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Agile ceremonies and remove team impediments
• Coach teams for improved Agile practices
• Manage product backlog and collaborate with stakeholders
• Use tools like Jira and Confluence for tracking
• Facilitate requirements gathering and process documentation
Requirements:
• Strong experience in Scrum methodology and Agile practices
• CSM, PSM, or equivalent Agile certification preferred
• Background in Computer Science or related field
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Ability to work onsite in Toronto five days a week
