Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies each sprint
• Coach teams in Scrum and Agile practices
• Drive continuous improvement by eliminating waste
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Certification as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Minimum 4 years of Scrum Master experience
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks
• Proficient with Agile project management tools
