Join the Global Technology Services team at TMX Group to play a key role in maintaining critical systems infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 2 support for production applications
• Collaborate with Agile teams to resolve production incidents
• Automate processes for improved efficiency and resilience
• Analyze metrics to identify and debug system issues
• Build innovative solutions using PaaS and IaaS
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years' experience with distributed systems
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Shell
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud providers
• Excellent technical documentation skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
Drive innovative solutions and optimize system performance as a key player in TMX Group's Dev Ops team.
